Perfect for anyone who wants an introduction to project budgets, brush off some project budgeting skills, or prepare for upcoming project management interviews. 
 
Includes:
4 (Four) - 1 hour group sessions led by Lori Schoenhard, Principal at Athena Project Consulting.
Portion of the mini-workshop will have a group Q&A for you to ask any questions you desire
A project budget template for you to use on future projects
 
Trainings will be held on Sunday evenings at 7pm CST starting on June 23rd, 2024.
